“SMAPIRC = 90, a match could not be found for the specified user ID” error when launching ViaVoice
Problem:
When launching the ViaVoice “SMAPIRC = 90, a match could not be found for the specified user ID” error message appears.
Solution:
This problem may occur when ViaVoice is installed with a damaged or corrupted user (system user). To resolve this problem, we recommend creating a new user on the system and try to launch ViaVoice from that user.
