"Server Busy" error when opening PDF files

Information:

When opening PDF files or launching a Nuance application, a "Server Busy" error may appear.  This "Server Busy" error message was caused by the Nuance Update Server being temporarily offline.

 

The Nuance Update Server has been moved to a new IP address.  If you are still encountering the "Server Busy" error, please try flushing the DNS Cache on your system:

  1. Click "Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt".
  2. At the Command Prompt, type the following:
    ipconfig /flushdns
  3. Press Enter.
  4. The following confirmation will appear:
    Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
  5. Confirm that the "Server Busy" error message no longer appears.
